Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Drip. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Drip is an automated investment application that detects cashback rewards earned on your credit cards and invests an equivalent amount into index ETFs on your behalf. Drip is operated by Conor Boyle ("we," "us," or "our").
Brokerage services are provided by Alpaca Securities LLC, a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA/SIPC. Drip is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide personalized investment advice.

To use Drip you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

When you open a brokerage account through Drip, you are opening an account with Alpaca Securities LLC. Your brokerage account is governed by Alpaca's Customer Agreement, which you will be required to accept during onboarding.
Securities held in your brokerage account are protected by SIPC up to $500,000 (including $250,000 for cash claims). For more information visit sipc.org.

You may pause or cancel automatic investments at any time through your account settings.
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. The value of your investments may go up or down. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Drip invests in index ETFs by default. ETFs are subject to market risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should consider your investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation before using Drip.
Drip does not provide personalized investment advice. Nothing in our application or communications constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any specific security.
Drip charges a flat monthly subscription fee for use of the service. The current fee is displayed in your account settings and on our website. We will notify you of any fee changes at least 30 days in advance.
Standard brokerage fees may apply to transactions executed in your Alpaca brokerage account. Please review Alpaca's fee schedule for details.
Drip uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. to connect to your financial accounts. By linking your accounts you agree to Plaid's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at plaid.com/legal.
We access your transaction data solely for the purpose of identifying cashback reward credits. We do not store your banking credentials.

You may close your Drip account at any time by contacting us at boyleconor8@gmail.com. Upon closing your account your brokerage account will remain open with Alpaca and you will retain access to your investments.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or if we are required to do so by law.
Drip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, market fluctuations, or errors in cashback detection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to investment losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Drip shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our application at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Drip after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
